We understand that not every business works the same.  For this reason, we have tried to make it as easy as possible for you to do business with us.  Orders can be filled with our order form, online with your account, or by phone ( 866-761-5030 ).  Once your order has been placed, we will update you with your order, or you can view your status report online.

Immediate Results
Our experienced appraisers will respond to requests with an average turnaround time of 2 days from the date of inspection.  Also available is our 1-day RUSH Order .  Once we receive an order from the bank, mortgage company or homeowner, we will schedule an appointment to inspect the house.  We will measure, inspect and take photos of the house/property.  We will also take photos of the comparables in the area.  After inspection, we will type and deliver a hard copy or electronic report.
